Raw Honey, Isle of Purbeck Honeycomb Frame
Straight from the beehive, this is a delicious treat: raw honey in its most pure, natural state. From honeybees on the Dorset coast, the honey is characterised by Hawthorn nectar.
It comes in a wooden frame which portions can easily be cut out of. The whole honey filled beeswax comb can be eaten and is lightly chewy and delicious. Honey doesn't go off so you can enjoy it at your own pace. Raw honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world. A great accompaniment to cheese boards, with fruit or simply atop thickly spread butter on bread.
