Raw Honey, Dorset Bell Heather Honeycomb Frame
Heather honey captures the late summer floral bloom of the Dorset moors. This distinct, aromatic, floral raw honey is jelly like in consistency and is highly prized. With bitter-sweet notes, we love it with a slightly salty cheese such as Pecorino Sardo. Serve squares of cheese with honeycomb on top as a canapé.
Straight from the beehive, this is a delicious treat: raw honey in its most pure, natural state. The whole comb can be eaten, the beeswax is lightly chewy. Raw honey's health benefits have long been recognised by communities all over the world. Honey doesn't go off so you can enjoy it at your own pace.
