We have matched this unique light and pure Acacia honey with premium Italian Black Truffle slices that we source directly from a family-run business in the foothills of the Apennines, an area renowned for the quality of their truffle.
Foraged as they always have been: by expert truffle-hunters and the hyper-sensitive nostrils of their Lagotto Romagnolos.
Our natural Truffle Infused honey is more subtle (and we think more expressive), one which will bring out the flavours of cheeses and charcuterie boards without overwhelming them. Drizzle over roast vegetables, finish an autumnal soup or a plate of ravioli. We even like it with sausages. A little goes a long way.
